The stand up paddle board is the perfect platform to explore your balance. Surrounded by water and nature, your mind and body are especially encouraged to be fully present in the moment. The board becomes more than a floating mat. It is your sanctuary. It is your own private island for you to explore your personal connection to yourself and nature. Whether you are an experienced yogi or just testing the waters, there is opportunity to both challenge yourself and also completely relax.
Paddle Yoga classes begin with some basic paddling instruction and time to acquaint yourself with your physical balance on your floating mat (board). Students will be anchored in a safe, secluded spot to be led in an hour of Integrated Vinyasa Flow yoga practice designed for the paddle board. Difficulty level is adjusted to meet you at your comfortable place. Explore your physical and mental balance while floating in nature. Engaging and serenely rewarding.

Price: $40 includes gear or $20 bring your own board, paddle, pfd

Includes all gear - paddle board, paddle, pfd and anchor.
Some paddling or yoga experience helpful but not necessary! Must be at least 14 years of age and able to swim.
